Blazing Saddles

The Maltese Falcon
Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change? ~~ Oddball

My list - 10 out of the many

The Lord Of The Rings
Schindler's List
Van Helsing
The Birds
La Vita e Bella
The Prestige
Lolita (both versions)
Empire of the Sun

Let's see. What are they this week?

(in no particular order)

Singin' in the Rain
Raiders of the Lost Ark
The Adventures of Robin Hood
The Court Jester
Dead Man's Shoes
This is England
Blood on Satan's Claw (What? It says "favourite" not "best")
Gaslight (1944)

As the list above shows, I've been gorging on Hollywood classics recently. I'm happy to admit that my "favourite" lists are subject to rapid change when it comes to films.

Honourable mentions go to Bubba Ho-tep, Enter the Dragon, Stray Dog, Toy Story trilogy, Wall-E, Brief Encounter and Dog Soldiers.
