Pratchett to switch on Burnham-On-Sea Xmas lights

As revealed on his Twitter account earlier Terry Pratchett has been named as the VIP guest who will be switching on Burnham-On-Sea's Christmas lights next month. Burnham Chamber of Trade has announced that the well-known author will be leading the big switch-on ceremony on Saturday November 26th at 4.30pm.

I would love to go but it is a trek from South Yorkshire or I would, from rumors we have the massive star that is Matt Cardle doing the Meadowhall ones, oh the joy :roll: :roll: :roll:

I live about 10 miles from the place, how the he'll did the burnham-on-mud as some of the locals call the place get Terry? TopGear shot the Toyota drowning there a few years ago when they were trying to kill a pickup. I live in Bridgwater and the only so called celebraties we got to turn on the light were the cheeky girls!
