The Radio Times have reported that The Hand of Fear is to be broadcast as a tribute to the late Elisabeth Sladen; the story was her last appearance as series regular Sarah Jane Smith alongside Tom Baker's portrayal as The Doctor.

The four episode story will be broadcast in two parts across Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th May on BBC4
One of those? Oh I'm sure I have one somewhere..

Nice story, that one, even if Eldrad's final form is a bit, uh, ridiculous. I heard the term 'stone turd' being used.

Actually, Eldrad's final form was played by Stephen Thorne, who actually played an alien in Liz Sladen's screen test... :(

I'm still waiting for the S4 DVDs to be released.
Some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them.

The rest of us are a bit crap.

They'll be out soon.

Poor Liz Sladen. :(

Two of her Doctor Who stories are coming out first thing next year in the UNIT Box, with what I believe is a tribute documentary to her on one of them. Invasion of the Dinosaurs and The Android Invasion. The DVD trailer is here.
