Del, the first bit is Anglo Saxon. "Wyrd bið ful aræd" ("Fate remains wholly inexorable"). As mentioned somewhere else, 'wyrd' means fate and therefore 'Wyrd Sisters' is not only a reference to Macbeth, but also the three sisters who are The Fates (or Norns in Norse myth) who spin the fates of men.
ηβπ is Greek and appears in Hogfather. The letters are Eta Beta Pi (eat a better pie).
