Today I learned that Greenland is part of the North American Continent. :shock:

It's actually part of the kingdom of Denmark, but:

I learnt that -according to the yoga person - my teeth are relaxed, or should be...I'm a bit confused about all of this relxation stuff

Relaxing properly can be a lot harder than you might think. I used to do yoga and getting properly relaxed is really beneficial, but surprisingly difficult.

And yes, your jaw needs to be relaxed as well. :wink:

But be wary of relaxing too much... I remember doing Yoga and really struggled not to let out a little botty burp with some of those poses! In fact is one of them called the wind pose? :wink:
