Windows 7 Discworld Noir

Postby sjc03 » Thu Jul 21, 2011 6:55 am

I have just gone through many hoops to get this working and find it is a great game.. in my view better than the other games and track 3 music as found on Utube is very nice, not the same as my 3 CD game version it seems better ?

After getting a NOCD version of the executable and then altering the registry entries to where the game is installed and allowing windowed mode and a full install copying all files into directories CD1 and CD2 you start the game by pressing ALT + return which puts it in a small window.. this stops it crashing during the video sequence, when play actually starts you press ALT + return again and get back to full screen.. always at this point press F1 and reload your saved game.. remember to save before quitting.

Hi sjc03!
Four doors at the Four Winds Bar
Two doors locked and windows barred
One door left to take you in
The other one just mirrors it
