I absolutely loved the darker, grittier parts of it, and I liked the book as a whole. Been too long since I read the other Tiffany novels to compare though.

Well deserved ,a really good book and fast becoming one of my favorites. :mrgreen:
He willnae tak' a drink! I think he's deid! , on the other hand though A Midgie in yir hand is worth twa up yir kilt.

Its the LAST of the series??? :( Noone told ME that! :(

The adult daughter believes its the best book... me?... I find it hard to have favourites. A very dark book right from page one. And I have always had a problem with the Tiffany books being classified as "childrens" books.
