reprinting "Once More* With Footnotes"

Postby Himself » Tue Apr 26, 2011 11:06 am

Hi, Like everybody else here I am sure that we can't get enough of our Terry. Perhaps like me you have tried to get his older / short story work. A lot were published in "Once More* With Footnotes" printed by NESFA in 2004,. This now sells for £300+ which is a bit rich for my blood. I tried contacting NESFA and Sharon Sbarsky from > NESFA Online Liaison informs me that they would love to reprint but that they only had limited addition access and copyright has reverted to Terry. So how about it?? A reprint for your avid fans? Proceeds to any well known charity you can think of?? Com eon avid Flat-earth disc-worlders lets go over the edge and nag the Man to satisfy our lust for all thing Pratchett. Over to you.

Welcome to the forum Himself. NESFA cannot reprint OMWF as there will be a book of the short stories and a few other items that were missed from OMWF coming out either later this year or possibly in 2012. The stories and articles for it have already been selected it is just a case of when rather than if it gets published.
One of those? Oh I'm sure I have one somewhere..

Welcome Himself! Like you, I can't wait for OMWF at an affordable price! Maybe there will be something at the 2012 convention?

I look forward to it. But I was told this was for 2010 so already there is slippage. Does anybody have a reliable date and/or publisher? :D

It presumably should be Transworld as with the other books as this will be a 'mainstream' book.
