Thanks for your name suggestions (I think) but I decided to go with Brisbane Broken Drummers as I thought that if people were looking for a fan club then that would make sense. (There's a FB page now).

BAT is doing Nanny Oggs Cookbook in May and Monstrous Regiment in October. Tres tres exciting.

Yaaaay! Good luck with the first meet-up. If you have any pictures, we'd love to see them. And don't forget to write a report here too. :D

I'll strongly consider coming. It means that I can use my Dymocks gift card that I got for my birthday (there's no more Dymocks stores on the Gold Coast :( ).

So, how many people coming does that make? Three?

Hiya! I'm new to the forums, and will be new to Brissie come June this year! If I'd already moved over I'd be there with bells on :) but alas not there yet.

Can mayhaps be an honorary member til I get there?
The class was learning about some revolt in which some peasants had wanted to stop being peasants and, since the nobles had won, had stopped being peasants really quickly.
