Did look for that a while ago but forgot about it - there were so many different variations on the cover to choose from on ebay, it was hard to know which one to go for!

That's good then. Just hard or paper. No updates. :D

I was annoyed when I finished Science of Discworld and realised that I hadn't read the revised version with the 2 extra chapters and other bits!

I brought a copy of Unadulterated Cat for Sharlene and she spent quite some time badgering her friend at Harper Collins about them publishing the book in America (Sharlene used to own a book store). It's still not published in the US and I'm sure lots of Americans would love it. :D

Terry is a cat fan and wrote an article for a cat magazine, which I've posted on here somewhere I think. :?

Cool. Luckily, I'm not an American. Sometimes it would be nice, to see films earlier :)

I took it off the shelf and was amazed at how thin it was, i've been reading thick books for sooooo long. Terry sure piled on the pounds over his literery career. :D

He wasn't a full time writer then - he was writing in his spare time I think.

He didn't go full time until fairly soon into the Discworld series. Dark Side of the Sun is clearly still a work by a writer finding his feet, Strata is better written. I like both of them :)
One of those? Oh I'm sure I have one somewhere..

This exactly, and it's very obvious. They're both pretty naff, but worth reading to understand his development as a writer.

The best part of Dark Side of the Sun is this cover.

Actually  I've only read it (and Strata) once and probably should read them again before making such comments.
