I like the Discworld drawing.
I have a friend who can draw & paint. She drew a gremlin for me, Titivilus is his name, he was responsibly for the mistakes made by the scribes who painted/wrote the ancient manuscrips, way back in the dark ages. I think he's rather cute.

She studied at art college for 5 years, so she should be good. I think you do need that tallent as well, the ability to draw or paint inbuilt.
I have other art work she's done as well.
