Change One Letter at a Time

Basically, you have to change one word into another by changing one letter at a time. We're using 4-letter words, so you get 3 lines in between. Here's an example:

toes >>>>>> toes
____ >>>>>> tons Change e to n.
____ >>>>>> tans Change o to a.
____ >>>>>> cans Change t to c.
pans >>>>>> pans Change c to p.

You don't need to put the arrows.
