W1A (follow up to Twenty Twelve)

Postby Bouncy Castle » Thu Mar 06, 2014 2:12 pm

BBC Two’s Twenty Twelve follow up W1A will premiere on Wednesday March 19th at 10pm.

W1A - a reference to the postcode area in which Broadcasting House is located – follows Ian Fletcher, former Head of the Olympic Deliverance Commission, taking up his next big job as the (fictional) Head of Values at the BBC.

The four-part series stars Hugh Bonneville, Jessica Hynes, Sarah Parish, Nina Sosanya, Rufus Jones, Simon Greenall and Karen Ascoe.
Some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them.

The rest of us are a bit crap.

Watched the first two episodes back to back and will watch the rest of the series. It's the Drop the Dead Donkey range of humour which tickles my funny bone (ie. no one is being hurt by circumstances beyond their range of tolerance and that includes the audience)

I loved this! The characters and the nonsense language was brilliant! Should've been longer, though.

Big fan of Jason Watkins.:)
