QI

Postby Tonyblack » Sat Sep 17, 2011 7:03 am

I think a lot of us here watch QI. It's one of my favourite programmes.

For those of you that have never seen it, you should be able to see it HERE - although I don't know whether that link will work outside the UK.

My question is, who is your favourite panellist? Who would you like to see on there? Who don't you like?

I'd like to see Sue Perkins on there more often. I really enjoy seeing Sandi Tokvig on there and it's always good to see Bill Bailey. :D

(The link works outside the UK )

I don't like Jack Dee much

Like most of the rest :P

I've recently started watching it on occasion. It's not bad. Not something that I'd go out of my way to watch, but it's good for a laugh if nothing else is on. :)

Agree with Meers about Lee Mack...he cracks me up. I like Ben Miller too, he's very clever but normal with it :D

I like Dara Ó Briain on there, but I can't help thinking of Shrek for some reason.

I'd love to see Eddie Izzard on there again. I think (I may be wrong) that he was only ever on the pilot episode. You can see the pilot episode here.

According to Wikipedia, that was the case. They have a list of guests who appeared multiple times. You should see how many times Bill Bailey's been on.

Add to the likes to see ~ John Sessions - what a lovey and name dropper

I love seeing Dara in anything, so it's always a treat when he's on QI. There's something about Sandi Toksvig that always cracks me up; I think it's her dry sense of humour.

I'm happy to watch any of the panelists, except Phil Jupitus (thinks he's sooo funny it's like he's trying to force me to laugh), John Sessions (not funny at all I'm afraid), John Lloyd (failed experiment) and Ronni Ancona (she was so clever she made all the men uncomfortable so they couldn't tell jokes, and she wasn't telling any).

Rich Hall, very funny :D

I like David Mitchell the best I think, and then Lee Mack - they're both on Would I Lie to You? they're both so funny, but in such different ways.

And of course Alan Davies :D
