Excellent Dave, Cheers .
Its one of my favourite books.
Shadow is a brilliant character and should work quite well on screen.
Also wonder how Mr Nancy will be done with the sequel in mind :D

It really is a great (if somewhat large) book. Thanks for the heads-up, Dave. :D

Only read it once but from what I remember I don't think it would work on screen. I can't say it was a brilliant read either. Prefer others that he's written

Some more news from the producers, Tom Hanks company, PlayTone. Looks like it's a series not a film.

The article contains news of Hanks company's upcoming projects and is listed near the top.

That's excellent news. A TV series (if done well) would be even better as it woul do justice to the size of the original book. :D

Agreed. Hope it doesn't take too long to get over here.
What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

I was gonna say, it would make a better TV miniseries than a movie. But it would probably have to be one of those mature HBO-style ones, a bit like Rome.
