The Devil: Tom Waits as Mr. Nick in The Imaginariom of Doctor Parnassus or Jack Nicholson in Witches of Eastwick
The US President: Billy Bob Thornton in Love Actually
(I'd like to add "Death" to the list, which, in my case, would be Brad Pitt as Joe Black in Meet Joe Black)

I only watched it because of Green Day being in it. I don't like the Simpsons...
