RIP Sally Menke

Just found out that Sally Menke - Tarrantino's editor died while out hiking with her dog yesterday in LA heatwave.

She was found at the bottom of a ravine. Her dog was found alive...

If you have watched the extras on any Tarantino DVDs, on any outtakes the actors would wave at the screen and say Hi Sally!

Yesterday was a record high temperature for LA at 113°F (45°). Very dangerous to go walking in that sort of heat.

They really do have killer heat out there! My friend Susan used to rain-bathe (once a year if that) and couldn't wait to leave the place... :?
