HELP!!

For the last 5 hours, I haven't been able to get into my private hotmail account, my school hotmail account, and my wife can't get into her hotmail account even with her mobile.
All we get is a blank screen with this at the top;
I've never had a problem with hotmail for over 10 years. I haven't opened any dodgy mail and I'm pretty sure I haven't made any terrorist comments lately.
What can I do please?

Mine's working fine but I notice from your screenshot that you have McAfee installed. I tried it once and found that it was suddenly, and for no apparent reason, taking over my pc and preventing me using several programs. Can you try disabling it and seeing if that makes a difference? (I won't touch McAfee with a bargepole after my experiences with it, btw.)
