Probably The Long Earth when it comes out here. I get most of my books from the library, there are very few that I bother buying. Although, I'd really like Song of the Quarkbeast. I don't think it's out here until next year though. :(

I'm currently awaiting Gareth Roberts' novelisation of the famed story Doctor Who: Shada, based on a partly-shot script by Douglas Adams.

Yes, that's the one Dug! :D I could order it from Amazon CA and avoid the long wait I suppose. Can't wait for the sequel to Shades of Grey. :D

It was a fun read. Didn't like it as much as the Thursday Next books, but still fun. So far, Shades of Grey is my favorite!

I prefer the nursery crime books Susanne, I could not get on with lost in a good book it has put me off reading the others.

The middle books suffer a little from being story expanders (if you know what I mean) - it's all stuff that pays off come Something Rotten. ;)

Still don't think I will bother with them, if I have to read through crap to get to the better one it's not worth it to me.
