Discworld Popularity List

Postby RJH » Thu Nov 03, 2011 8:48 am

For my site (Bricks & Books), I am planning on listing all the 39 Discworld novels in order of popularity. This is where you guys come in, as I need your help to make your the list.

For now as I want your choices to be your own and not influenced by what others select can you please send me your answers in a pm to me.

How it works, simply put a number 1 to 39 next to each novel, with 1 being the best and 39 being the worse and then answer the two questions at the bottom.

Here is the novel list:
The Colour of Magic (1983)
The Light Fantastic (1986)
Equal Rites (1987)
Mort (1987)
Sourcery (1988)
Wyrd Sisters (1988)
Pyramids (1989)
Guards! Guards! (1989)
Faust Eric (1990)
Moving Pictures (1990)
Reaper Man (1991)
Witches Aboard (1991)
Small Gods (1992)
Lords and Ladies (1992)
Men at Arms (1993)
Soul Music (1994)
Interesting Times (1994)
Maskerade (1995)
Feet of Clay (1996)
Hogfather (1997)
Jingo (1997)
The Last Continent (1998)
Carpe Jugulum (1998)
The Fifth Elephant (1999)
The Truth (2000)
Thief of Time (2001)
The Last Hero (2001)
The Amazing Maurice and his Educated Rodents (2001)
Night Watch (2002)
The Wee Free Men (2003)
Monstrous Regiment (2003)
A Hat Full of Sky (2004)
Going Postal (2004)
Thud! (2005)
Wintersmith (2006)
Making Money (2007)
Unseen Academicals (2009)
I Shall Wear Midnight (2010)
Snuff (2011)

The questions->
1) Why did you pick that book for the No.1 book?:

2) Why did you pick that book to be the worse book?:

That is it simply fill the above out and send it me in pm, the closing date is the 30th November. I will then announce the popularity list on the 1st December.

Any questions please ask and thanks

"No, actually it isn't," said Tiffany. "Patronizing is a big word. Zoology is really quite short."

What if I haven't read all his books? Do I just leave out those unread?
There were no public health laws in Ankh-Morpork. It would be like installing smoke detectors in Hell.
