Alot of people have been asking that, they normally come out around xmas but last year none so it looks like no more :( but saying that maybe we should get a petition up to BCA to do the rest, wadaya say? :) Oh and you could always ask Paul Kidby as he does special artwork for the books :) He will answer all emails.

thank you very much for the quick reply :) and thats a very good idea, I hadn't thought of emailing the artist, I'd read that he made special covers for them so it makes sense that he should know...

and I'll definetly sign any petition for more, that's the only thing preventing me from starting to get the ones that are currently out...

thanks! :)

I got my answer, Apparently the Unseen Library editions are released to coincide with each discworld book, with Making Money being the last in 2007... there haven't been any since then, but hopefully with The Unseen Academicals we'll see some more :P

Books 10-18 I've found at booksdirect.com for very good prices, now to hunt down the rest on ebay...

That'll make the misspelled Maskerade a collectors item then.
Best wishes,

Well in book collecting terms it does, but its a surprise how little they sell for concidering how many got through like that, maybe one day people will realise and the price will sky rocket.

Hi,

I've been searching for the 'other' 18 having owned the first 6 for some time, and they really have become quite the collectors item.

There's a few strays kicking around for £10-15 each, but a full set of 18 books is normally expected to fetch in excess of £850-£1000.

There seem to be a lot of folk with 7-18 or 1-6 and a few odds and sods, but seldom do I find someone with all of them.

Personally I think they are beautiful, but the costs of the books following the cessation of print, combined with the current financial squeeze means they are from from a top priority at the moment.

I'm also loathe to start collecting extra books when there will always be several not released in this format.
