Currently reading it (so I skipped reading this entire thread) and adoring it :D I cracked up at the whole Upshot cuisine bit, and the Jane Austen homage.
In the beginning there was nothing, and then it exploded.

I'm currently reading Snuff and really really enjoying it. I was a bit confused by a few comments suggesting that people where disappointed by it...this is the first discworld novel in a while that I've laughed out loud with and find myself longing for that hour or so at night when I can get some time to read it. Alongside the absolutely hilarious parts there is, for me, a very deep important message concerning the nature of humanity and what it means to be 'human'. Haven't said that, I am only half way through it...but so far, loving it!
