Check on ebay or ABE BOOKS to get a rough idea, but at the moment as they are not a rarity, not a lot maybe low double figures.

The number on my copy is 126 and it's grey rather than black. Unfortunately it must have had some glitter spilled over it at some point, but after a lot of rubbing I managed to get it all off.
Where are we all going and what are we doing in this handbasket?
