How about making up your own?

Since the comic seems to be taking place in the university, how about having a villian emerge from one of the animals on the university grounds. Maybe the ants could rebel, which could cause problems with Hex (if the rebel ants try to "liberate" the enslaved ants inside of Hex). They could be like the Liliputans; small but numerous.

Nah, I'm not good with that kind of story. Why don't you do that? Sounds like a good idea.

I've pretty much made up my mind about the Scallywags story and know what the villain will do, I just don't know who will be him (or her). Definatly not a wizard, because they know what happens if you mess around with magic.
I also think I'm going to bring in the auditors for a "greater cause".

Would having a 'good' character being turned into a villain work in your story? Would be a good way of exploring the another side of a character we already know.

Mrs Cake could become a psychopathic axe murderer. :D

:) Pooh - The ditzy slightly disorganised Psychic as an axe murderer? Love it ... but what would her excuse be ... "I foresaw that he was a very naughty boy!" (Is it me or would Eric Idle be a great Mrs. Cake!)

Yes, he would! I just love her character. All the priests in A-M go to the churches with FEMALE priests just to get a break from her, since she just doesn't hold with Wimmins in charge at churches. Excepting herself, of course. Yes, there would be a lot of " 'ere now, you've got your pre-cog switched on again! " The psychic, psychopathic, only because it is in your best interest to do you in murderer. Nice style that.

NOBODY EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION!!!!!!

Erm.

All we've ever heard is a "third party" narative, but isn't The Patrician the nasty one?
Some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them.

The rest of us are a bit crap.

It would have to be Carrot's Evil Twin... from the Dungeon Dimensions. I love Carrot too much to see him darkened...

If Carrot had an evil twin we could get The Dwarf King in the Iron Mask! I don't think Terry's done a Dumas satire yet has he?

What if Vetinari was deposed by Lord Rust and Carrot had to become a rebel leader (like Vimes in Night Watch) and fight the ruler of the city in order to protect the city from its own ruler?

Or he could be framed and hunted by the City Watch, forcing him to try to avoid capture while at the same time find out who framed him and how...
