The Forum Member Formerly Known As

Postby Lady Vetinari » Tue Sep 29, 2009 11:40 am

I am the forum member formerly known as Magrat Garlick... I decided to get 'hitched' to Vetinari ... his aunt insisted to carry on the name ... !

Enough of fantasy - I love the Patrician of Ankh-Morpork, more so since my second reading of Nightwatch!

Bit clever that!

Changing your name but still keeping the old name's posts. 8)

I have no idea how to get an avatar picture, so just stick my COA at the bottom (like you do)

@Poohcarrot,

Image

You can create an avatar of your coat of arms by:

1. Saving the resized image above, by right-clicking and then selecting Save Image As. Then saving it do your computer.
2. Go into your profile and select custom avatar and then browse to where you just save the image and selecting upload.

The system will then use the new image as your avatar.

It wouldn't let me. It said it had to be 6KB (or something like that)

Nope! Still too big. Never mind. I'll just continue as usual.

Cheers anyway Jason. :D

Can't blame a man for trying!

That would have been cool ... now I got to think of something to replace the Garfield... that's getting a bit old...

OK, i've just uploaded the avatar as mine and it worked fine.

Make sure you save it as a .PNG file and don't convert it in any way.

Definately works.

Going to try to find my original image now!
