I'm sure it will if it does well over here. And, well, how could it not?

It's looks too big and expensive to come over here given the size of the thing, there might be more attendees in one of the shows in the States than for all of the UK put together, judging by the amount of people attending DragonCon or the mega ComiCon.

You would get a lot of people going but it might not be cost effective for them, due to he limited amount of people here in the UK compared to the USA .

It could work as a one off weekend Hyde Park event but I agree with WWD it's unlikely to get enough footfall anywhere else
One of those? Oh I'm sure I have one somewhere..

Wouldn't it work if they included Europe with the UK?

I don't think it would happen due to the cost of transporting and putting the building up and the space required, unless they were using it as a loss leader, you get at least 100,000 at Comicom, Worldcon in London this year has just passed the 5,000 mark.

You mean transporting the set-up from here to there? I supposed it would probably easier and possibly more cost effective if they had a new one built over there. I'm sure it would depend on how successful they are here. I'm still (not so) patiently waiting for the email update on tour dates.

The whole show is probably no bigger than some of the huge stadium rock band shows which tour internationally. The UK is now regarded as an annex to Europe so I'd be surprised if this gig, or something related to it, did not come to Britain.

They've created a portable dome for it. I think that's why there's speculation about whether they would go overseas.
