I'm almost afraid to start typing, the whole NICE thing really winds me up. It seems like if you have something incurable, or if you're old or mentally ill, you get pushed way down the list of priorities. And what's this about Viagra? Maybe happy people are more productive workers.

(Sorry if I've offended anyone prescribed Viagra.) But if a person's worked all their life, maybe they should get a say in what drugs they can have.
