As above.

Going to my school was an education in itself. Which is not to be confused with actually getting an education (Schultz)

P****d off with property developers. The fight continues against the 85 near our house. However, looking at EHDC website today shows even more potential applications for houses.

24 Cedars
90 Beechlands
144 Stoney Lane
76 Lymington Bottom

That's on top of approx 100 houses already approved for Lymington Bottom. Is the a sign up somewhere saying "come and destroy our village?"

That's 519 new houses in the next year or two if approved. Most with no access to mains drainage, poor water pressure, no school spaces, not enough doctors, really poor land drainage on heavy clay leading to surface water flooding.........but still they seem to get approved. OOur planning system really is broken.

Write to Call Me Dave. Couldn't hurt.

Thanks guys! It's not a high fever thankfully, just enough of one to feel it. I can't tell if I just have something mild or if I'm on the verge of something horrible. I do feel slightly better today though. Fingers crossed!

Chilli, that's really awful! I wish I had some practical suggestions on how to fight them. Keep plugging away with anything you can think of!

Hugs to the poorly people. Hugs to Janet too, this must be a strange day.

I'm also poorly. Have been since yesterday. Not that ill, I'm still capable of travel, I just feel like ten pounds of crap in a five pound bag with a nose that's so runny, it's participating in a marathon, and a brain that feels like cotton wool...more so than usual, anyway.

Still, I have cause to feel happy. A book I ordered, Nev Fountain's Geek Tragedy, has arrived, and the Lifeline Bookfest is on Saturday. And I'm about to expand my small but growing Blu-Ray collection with the Blu-Ray of the classic Doctor Who story, Spearhead from Space... :)
