I'm feeling technically challenged. Trying to post from my new tablet. :?

Which one did you buy. :?:

plus update: I feel a little sore I took a shortcut over the park hurrying to catch a bus went down a steep part slipped on a bare part of the grass halfway down and landed on my back I had a rucksack with flowers in it which I landed on,luckily it was softish as my head smacked the ground and jerked my neck up but it did jar my body, and I've strained between my left shoulder and neck, buggerit my own fault covered in mud at the back if not for my rucksack my new jacket would have been covered in mud not just my jeans. :violin: :x :violin:

Hope you feel better soon WWD, that sound like a awkward fall lucky you had a backpack full of flowers on you. Maybe you should have that as a regular thing, you could become known as the Flower man of Falkirk ;)
One of those? Oh I'm sure I have one somewhere..

Hope your back improves soon Dug.

Thanks everyone re the publication countdown - I'll be at the Birmingham con next year so if anyone want their copy signed I'll be holding an impromptu signing session sometime... You may not recognise me though - Pete's stomach surgery may have knock on effects for me as well and hopefully I'll be a little lighter finally   Well I can hope anyway

Dug, so sorry about your fall - ouch! :( Go easy on yourself for awhile. Take some hot baths if you can.

I ended up choosing the Galaxy 10.1 2014 version. Very shiny! :D I've never used a tablet, or even a smartphone before, so this is all new to me. When we did a little recon, I thought for sure I'd end up wanting an iPad. But after looking at both, I can't understand why anyone would choose the new iPad over the new Galaxy. I also intended to spend a whole lot less. :? I was looking at older models online, smaller screens... but that's what happens when you shop with a tech guy. Hubby starts looking into this stuff and it's a whole different ballgame.

Jan, I love that you'll be doing a signing at the con! Please have someone take a picture to share. :D Hope you and Pete both have positive effects after his surgery.

Take care of your back, Dug. At your age you have to be careful! ...Image ...

Dug, what everyone else said. (Apart from batty.)

Great news about your book Jan, and I hope Pete's surgery goes ok.
