Goodness, Meer :O What Tony said, hope you feel better really soon and that it won't happen again!

Good luck with the end-of-the-year craze, Susanne! Hugs!

Janet, why are you doing other people's gardening?

Hope you feel better Meer.

Cheers everyone. Just feel a bit light headed now. The blood pessure went sky high the doctor said. But they brought it down with some brown tablets. Apparantly getting dehydrated helps lower blood pressure but I've been there and I was hospitalised for that! Trust me to get something like that. But I now know how scary it can be getting a stroke.
Doctor has wanred me that I should take more care of my blood pressure! Here I am guys, still laughing a week later. They are sooo funny these doctors. Mind you he was 6' 4", black, built like a brick outhouse and had a long reach. No one, not even the drunk druggie, dared push thier luck.

I feel like crap, marinating in anxiety almost every day for the past few weeks or so. But, I have recently discovered what might be a treatable cause. For the past few years, I've had caffeinated drinks almost every day (either Coke or tea). But I did a day without caffeine, and felt better than I had for a long time. And after a couple of days, the anxiety is back to where it was. So, I think caffeine-free days may become a bit more regular. It doesn't make the anxiety go away completely, but if the next caffeine-free day helps, then it will help quite a bit.
I've lived for over 2000 years, and not all of them were good ones. I've made many mistakes. And it's about time I did something about that.

I can empathise with that - I had a caffeine overdose a couple of weeks ago - and it was only three "Americanos", but I felt really weird for several hours. It also took me some time to realise what had caused it (and then I calmed down as I knew it would pass!)

OMG Meer! So glad everything is better now, but so sorry it happened in the first place. Take it easy for awhile.

Q, I hope that helps. It certainly makes sense! So glad you figured that out.
