Thanks guys! I will hold on to all my reservations until I definitely know otherwise. Really, if the whole job thing works out well, I'm not going to complain about anything else.

Hopeful. Don't really want to say about what, in case of jinxes, but hopeful just the same.

Sending you lots of hopeful thoughts Carol!

I am so tired today. Thing 2 had me up in the middle of the night with a bad dream, and I'm still trying to shake off all the stress I've had. Can't get motivated to do anything useful today.

Chill out Susanne, the work can wait and will go a lot easier when you feel rested.

Taking your advice WW. I'm mostly doing nothing, browsing here and listening to good music. Have to take Ava to riding in a couple of hours, but I can deal with that.

Hugs, Susanne! Hopefully next night will be more restful... also, do the girls have one of these in their room?

Image

It's a dreamcatcher (in case you didn't know), and making one might be a fun project for them to do :) it's nice and creative, it'd set Thing 2's mind off bad things and also, they might sleep better knowing that there's something in their room to catch the bad dreams :)
Listen.

They used to have those actually! Not sure where they ended up. Thankfully, a bad night is rare now. When they were little....

Hugs Susanne! I know it's been a ton of stress since you've gotten home. I'm taking you out for a virtual coffee and a stroll ;)

We still get the occasional bad night as well Susanne, so I feel for you.

I would recommend a large virtual glass of my homemade blackberry vodka liqueur. An almost instant reliever of stress
