Market yesterday, someone was selling framed photos. Bought myself a gorgeous picture of Bamburgh Castle at sunset, with the light catching the water streams on the beach. :D

Yesterday actually. Prepping kids for Halloween, had to glue grandsons (age 17) boobs back together. Almost got my finger super-glued to them. But the best thing was one of the other lads (age 12) saying casually , You should take your breasts off to do that.

After watching the last episode of Pride and Prejudice (TV Colin Firth version) I was asked, 'Why did they only make one series?' :D

I've gotten a couple of letters home from my kid's schools letting us know they'll be getting academic awards at the end of year nights that're coming up. That made me :D , but one of the nights I'm working so then that made me :( . I'll have to swap that shift.

I like those signs Catch-up. Best bumper sticker ever - I Want To Die In My Sleep Like My Grandad, Not Yelling And Screaming Like The Passengers In His Car.

I hope you enjoyed watching Truckers, Ghost.

Loved the slogans, Catch-up.

At the risk of sounding crass, what made me smile today? Winning some money in a sweeps of the Melbourne Cup, plus getting a place win with a TAB ticket. Not much money, but it's the most I've ever won gambling, something I normally avoid... :)

What made me smile?

Little Holly Kitten being the first over the fence on Kitten Cam.
