sounds like you had fun

found out today that on one of my rare appearances on the shop floor last week
I made a costumer so happy she sent a email to head quarters about what excellent service I gave her
and the regional manger read it and got it published it in the weekly newsletter

That's the kind of thing that makes a job worth it. And nice one to your manager for not just ignoring it.

It's always nice when a customer takes the time to appreciate your efforts.

Mind you, during one of my sister's work appraisals, she produced a letter from Father Christmas praising her for being a good girl throughout the year! :lol:

This is what made me smile today. I've bought myself a micro scooter, so that I can manage longer walks by scooting to the location!
