Have a good weekend Mad.

Hope you have a good time Mad, and remember that just because there are 203 beers on tap doesn't mean you have to sample them all. ;)

Still trying to fix Jose  Tomorrow is take the electonic ignition module out and put old fashioned points/condensor back in.....see if it's the module breaking down. If not, it's either completely rewiring the ignition system, or it's a fuel blockage in the tank......which is an engine out job

 We've all been there!!!!
PRAYER TO OFFLER
Tomorrow I hope to be doing some work in my own garden for a change. Weather forecast has said it's been raining here since 2pm but there hasn't been a drop of the wet stuff so it's anyone's guess what it will do tomorrow....... but as the bit I intend to work on involves kneeling I'd prefer dry weather. Thank you.

To chilli

To janet, we had it overnight. A lovely downpour which will do the garden good. Hopefully you did too. :handgestures-fingerscrossed:

(More a "what did you do yesterday?")
Mrs N and I spent the weekend in the fair city of Durham committing Morris as part of the Durham Folk Party. Saturday was like an oven, but the onlookers were all very appreciative, which makes all the difference. And the Market Square is a great place to dance - the acoustics are great too. Sunday was a bit cooler and it actually rained while we were dancing, but we soon dried out. Still a goodly crowd of onlookers! We made friends with the Safe City bear of Durham City Police and danced the "Bear Dance" for him! (they posted a few pic on their twitter feed @SafeCityBear )

We attended the "survivors" event on Sunday evening - a great little folk evening with everyone joining in with a song or a poem or a tune. I took my bagpipes along and was astounded when I started playing "Scotland the Brave" and eight or so people go up and started dancing! That's a first for me!

We drove home today and detoured to look around "Locomotion" at Shildon - the National Railway Museum's "Northern" branch.

If I'd known about this you would have had an extra spectator or two! Pleased that you enjoyed your visit to our fair city and to Locomotion which is another one of my favourite places!
