Tomorrow, we'll be committing Morris in Otley, as part of the entertainment before "le Tour" whizzes past...

Bells rung and sticks well and truly shaken... We did turn and turn about with the Otley Ukelele Orchestra (!)
Then the rolling circus started coming past.... after 2 hours the breakaway group of 3 went past, and then the main group, then more vehicles. The number of helicopters in the air made some people expect an invasion :)

To Bacup tomorrow to see the Britannia Coco-nut dancers. Busy, busy, busy....

I'm back! Had a lovely time, boat trips, monkey world - me, tank museum - him, and great weather. Finished with a long weekend visiting brother and sister in law. :D

Tomorrow it's back to work.

So glad you both had good weekends!

I think I might take the girls to a water park hotel tomorrow. There's one not too far away. I'm trying to get some fun stuff in with them before I leave for England. I think I'm feeling guilty about being gone for two weeks. :shifty:

Off to a beer festival tomorrow to meet up with a group of mates that I have worked with over the years. :D We have got together at this festival for several years now and spent the weekend there but unfortunately the pub concerned has decided that this will be the last one as the landlord hasn't been well and he doesn't think he will be up to another one so after 21 festivals that's it :(

We have agreed between us that we will keep going anyway as he usually has at least a dozen beers on tap at any one time anyway. He is going out with a bang though the last list I saw for this weekend had 203 beers on it :D :D

We will be there from Friday lunchtime to Sunday lunch and then some recuperation is called for before I go to Harrogate on Monday for the trade fair
One of those? Oh I'm sure I have one somewhere..
