Sorry Chris. :( Not fun.

Thought I'd be moving like a 90 year old woman after all the sledding and hiking back up the hills yesterday. I'm a little sore, thanks to some wicked bumps and wipe outs, but not nearly as bad as I expected. :)

Been there, done that last year with enough agony to last for years

The Mad Collector - July 2013 wrote:Dental appointment to remove two teeth that I had broken but first they didn't numb all of the area of my mouth needed so the first attempt had me hanging off the ceiling and then when I had climbed back down he couldn't get them out. It took four separate attempts of anaesthetic and pulling with breaks in between while the dentist saw other patients whilst waiting for the next lot of pain killer to work to finally remove them and he started muttering about having to get me to an emergency specialist urgently after the second one broke and he struggled to get the last root out. I was in the dentists chair for just short of an hour

Or overdoing the vul nut juice or reannual wine.

Terry Pratchett in Mort wrote:Mort’s family specialised in distilling the wine from reannual grapes. These were very powerful and much sought after by fortune-tellers, since of course they enabled them to see the future. The only snag was that you got the hangover the morning before, and had to drink a lot to get over it.

Tomorrow I have the day off work, as I have to go to the breast clinic at Kings College Hospital, for tests on a lump.

Cheers mate.

Had one years ago which was a cyst, but at nearly 50 I'm beginning to get the collywobbles.
