Poor babies are full of parasites and some are quite ill. Shelly is having to cleanse and change clothes every time she goes in there. Some are malnourished and some have extended bellehs due to gas. Not the most pleasant place at the moment.

Indeed. Not to mention the possibility of infection spreading to her own brood.
