Tony.

You seen the new family soon to arrive at John's?

Yep - looks like they may be colour-points . Addie started off that colour and they aren't white. :)

I'm posting the link to the Ghostbuster kittens as it is the easiest way for me to get them up on the staff room computer during my breaks. :D

Some sad news for those following Foster Dad John's Ghostbuster Litter. The little kitten, Peter, passed away in John's hands today as John was getting ready to bottle feed him. Peter, even though he was only a few days old, was a remarkable kitten. I have never seen such a small kitten spend so much time exploring. Even though he was nursing with his mom, he wasn't putting on much weight and that was thought to be because he was so active. He apparently had inhaled some of his momma's milk and that seems to have been what killed him. :(

FDJ took it very bad. This is his 40th litter and he had never lost a kitten before. It seems that the other two kittens, Egon and Ray are doing well though.

Terribly sad about little Peter.

Tony. There was talk at the beginning of Janine being offered 3 kittens from another litter.

Is this still going to happen.

I've not heard about that, other than in chat and that is hardly reliable. Janine is very protective still and won't let John touch her. It may be a bad idea to try such a thing. It will also depend on whether there are any kittens available and whether John can spare the time at that crucial time.

I guess we'll wait and see. It's fascinating to see Ray and Egon starting to get their points. They already have black noses and dark red paw pads. :)
