All trains to work in the morning being either cancelled or delayed, and reaching work an hour late, is/are an abomination unto Nuggan.

Indeed they are! I learnt last night that some scumbag has managed to access my Dad's cousins bank account and cleared it out. This is a little old lady who has cancer and who has about 2-3 months left to live. She lives alone in sheltered accommodation and has no other living relatives other than my Dad. She really doesn't need this sort of stress at this time.

She's not well off and now has very little to live on at all. My Mum & Dad are travelling to Cornwall tomorrow to see her (about a 4 hr drive) and try and get her to her bank to sort this out. They could do without this stress at the moment as well. My Mum is awaiting a major heart op (which is being delayed and delayed) and really isn't well enough to be traipsing round the country.

I can't get to Cornwall to help either cos of doing Ds medical stuff every evening etc.

Words can't describe what I would do to the thieves if I caught up with them. I can only hope that Karma comes back to bite them hard.

Indeed, they said it was "staff shortages".

Wonder what the excuse is TODAY? Exactly the same thing happened.

God, I'm so fed up of commuting.

That's awful Chilli. :( Hope they're able to get it straightened out quickly. Not something anyone wants to have to deal with though. I'm with you, let's hope a little cosmic retribution comes their way.

Bouncy, meant to say sorry about your commuting frustrations too. That can be stressful.

All fifteen year olds who can spot intelligence in Terry Pratchett books that no one else picked up on (exception: Tamar I think once in T5E on AFP about Carrot) are an Abomination Unto Nuggan.

I want to type that as nougat. I miss sweeties! Damn diet.

Fifteen year olds can be brilliant. Mine was when I needed her to be 10 years ago. Strict diets are an Abonimation unto Nuggan. A little tiny bit of what you fancy can't be all bad :?
