There's a chippy in Ton Pentre in the Rhondda Valley called A Fish Called Rhondda.

Love it! :D
If they'd called it Finding Nemo, they would have had a visit from the good folk from Disney(if really unlucky maybe even from the bossman himself, warning explicite(Family Guy) language ahead! : http://youtu.be/TF4_4g1B2Ug... ).
There is a coffeeshop in Rotterdam, which used to have an image of Nemo being fried in a bit more figurative manner ;) :

:happy-hippy:
Couldn't find the story in English,i'm afraid,just in Dutch : http://www.rijnmond.nl/nieuws/31-07-2006/coffeeshop-verwijdert-blowende-nemo.
They couldn't object to the name Nemo,as that's too commonly used, but a representative from the Dutch Disney-division did state they would have if he'd called it Finding Nemo.
The image however, was another matter,to avoid lenghty, costly legal battles he simply replaced that with one of a sperm whale, which in Dutch is called a...potfish... 8-)

The chippy could however get in trouble over the font used for the name nemo

Maybe the estate of Jules Verne should sue Disney for using Nemo in the first place. ;)

There's a Lilo Grill House in Cardiff, that has now gotten rid of its Disney Lilo and Stitch characters from the windows.

I'm pretty sure, once upon a time ago, that a shop was issued a Cease & Desist for calling itself H.A. Rrods.

I seem to remember Budweiser trying to sue a Czech company that was calling their beer "Budweiser" only to find that the Czech company had been using the name since the 13th Century. :P

There's also some strange thing with bulmers and magners between Uk and Ireland, something like a magners in uk is bulmers in Ireland or vice versa

Both are Bulmers in their home territory but the Irish one became Magners here because the name was already in use
