I most certainly did! He's going to have a root through the nether regions of his stock cupboards as he's convinced that he bought some DW memorabilia back in the 80s/90s. Today was a good haul, not only the books but also a copy of "Doom" for the PS1.

The man in Glos is my go to guy for retro games, I'm of a vintage where the ZX81 was the cutting edge of technology. To find that my Glos games guru also has Mr.P ephemera is a total bonus. He's a David Gemmell collector, anybody got any of his stuff to use as a bargaining chip for Terry's stuff, willing to collaborate and share.

What I really want is to shake the hand of the man who helped define my teenage years, everything else is ephemeral.

Well Terry is very approachable. The best way is to go down to Wincanton (not far from you) at one of the events and you can certainly do just that :D

The interview well! It was pretty laid back. I'm glad he did not ask a lot of the "stupid" questions. Like, "give an example of when...".

The position is considered "self employed", although it does offer a salary and eventually benefits.
Now I have to see if a second interview is forthcoming.

I picked up both The Long War and The Ocean at the End of the Lane at the library today. :D I've already started Dearly Devoted Dexter, but I think I may have to put it aside for a bit.
