I'm glad that Sharlene is doing so well. :D It can't be easy for you, when you're so far away.
Going to my school was an education in itself. Which is not to be confused with actually getting an education (Schultz)

Thanks to everyone for the congratulations. Glad Sharlene getting better. Don't worry Broc, it takes maturity to appreciate us gorgeous older women. ;)

Oh boy,
I messed up back while doing some heavy lifting at the rental property yesterday. I have not had this much pain in some time. I think that, because my back has been better, I was not thinking about being more careful when lifting the laminate boxes and the air conditioner.
I hope to get to my chiropractor and a massage this morning.

Like I just did 10 rounds with Mike Tyson.

Dental appointment to remove two teeth that I had broken but first they didn't numb all of the area of my mouth needed so the first attempt had me hanging off the ceiling and then when I had climbed back down he couldn't get them out. It took four separate attempts of anaesthetic and pulling with breaks in between while the dentist saw other patients whilst waiting for the next lot of pain killer to work to finally remove them and he started muttering about having to get me to an emergency specialist urgently after the second one broke and he struggled to get the last root out. I was in the dentists chair for just short of an hour :tools-hammerdrill:

I think that would have just about killed me off, Mad! :o

I hope your chiropractor can get your back back in shape Con. I had a whiplash injury many years ago and I'm still very careful about putting undue strain on my neck even now. :)
