As above, so below (ho ho ho ) Long lives, well lived and loved are always worth celebrating and if black humour does it then it good. My ma-in-law got her last digs in when we 'planted' her ashes with a blossom tree she'd given her foster son - she couldn't resist one last opportunity to get up my nose as I had my turn at shaking the jar just as a breeze got up. We fell about and she would have loved that

I feel fantastic, thanks for asking! I finished night shift this morning & now have sweet, sweet days off. It's raining but I shan't let that deter me. Whooohooo!
Speaking of rain. Very exciting, we had solar panels installed this week, no more horrendous electricity bills. Of course, it's been overcast & now raining . We'll see if Mother Nature can spare some sunshine next week.
Tired. One more day at work to get through. This week has been a bit wearing.
Karen's car got picked up to be repaired, but the hire car company supplying the replacement delivered the wrong car - way too big. Karen was going to stick with as it should only be for a few days (hopefully) but then found out when she went to drive it that the electric mirrors didn't work, so she just could not see anything behind her when reversing. So we called the hire car company and ended up having to speak to the manager as the first 2 people refused to bring out another car. The manager organised it straight away! Just seems we have to be fighting everything to get her car sorted!
Anyhow, I've also been busy burning wooden keyrings etc - my sister is bringing the stall and her wooden crafts down to Hampshire this weekend to do a craft stall at the Dene Steam Rally just down the road from me in Ropley - so it's gonna be a hectic weekend as well!
