Yeah. Sterimar (sterilised sea water). Helps a bit.

And some essential Lavender(diluted) oil, rubbed on the sinus tracks down the side of the nose and over the bridge is good, used it when I had bad sinus trouble.

My mate, Mary, reckons that a piriton tablet (antihistamine) will help to clear the sinuses, too.

A friend of my sells pharmaceutical drugs. He says that all pills are crap. Use the nasal spray. I would do the Otravin once or twice a day. It kicks butt.
