Just computer Viruses or snap decisions by Amazon to remove stuff from your account or loss of power etc etc etc .
I quarantine any new purchases of antique books before they join the shelves.

This doesn't happen very often but I've got minor niggles. My internet/ phone provider & my employer are giving me a vexing dose of the runny bums. I can feel parts of brain grinding together. Actually I think that's my teeth. I won't bore you with details, I think I'd end up smashing the pc keyboard if I elaborate. Anyway, you all know what it's like dealing with bozo's such as these.

Hugs for everyone!

Hubby spent the better part of the day removing malware from my PC.

I'm continuing to enjoy the joys of owning an older vehicle. I have known for a while that the carb is getting worn and also the distributor was past it's best. I have gradually saved up and got a refurbed carb and and new distributor. I eventually got these fitted and the van runs a lot better - smoother acceleration, not as jerky etc. :D
But it's running too rich - and no matter what I do to adjust the carb I can't seem to cure it. I'm beginning to thing that there is also another underliying problem as it only seems too rich on cylinder 3 & 4, judging by the spark plugs. So now I am frequenting the VW forums asking further questions about tuning. Everyone has an opinion on how to tune the carb, but no-one seems to give any ideas as to why only 2 cylinder are affected.

It's getting to the point where I may have to do the unthinkable and take it to a garage!

Mr Dotsie chased up a delivery today that we were expecting a few days ago, turns out it was delivered to a completely different "Dotsie Street". Genius  This is what postcodes are for! Put it in your bloody satnav!

So far, getting a bit fobbed off. They'd better sort it before I unleash the handbag, that's all I can say
