I've let Jason know so that he can pass it on to the techies. :)

I think I may have killed my favourite/only smiley add-on on my computer
smiley xtra it has been acting a bit off of late and I reported the fault with a screen shot
and have been told that because he no longer has the time to work on that program
unless it can be fixed with a quick fix then it'll be shut down

Yesterday after school the girls were in the backyard kicking around a ball. Vivian comes in and tells me that she needs my help. She kicked the ball really hard and her shoe came off and disappeared. She thinks it went over the back fence. So I get out the ladder so that I can peek in the yard behind us to see if it's actually there before I go knocking on their door. Not there. What I do find is half the carcass of something fuzzy on top of the fence. :? Could not bring myself to closely examine it. Finally found Vivian's shoe in a bush.

I found a fuzzy thing under my floorboards once. It was a mummified rat. :o

What's worse than finding half a fuzzy thing on your fence?
Spoiler: show
finding half a maggot in your apple!
If you can fill the unforgiving minute,
With sixty seconds worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a man my son.

Wasn't sure to put this here or the frustration thread. A couple months ago youtube unveiled their new One Channel design. Supposedly to make the site easier/better, but all it does is make it look bland and sterile (being all white) and rearranging things to make it harder to find your way around someones channel. Removing all real customization options. Wasn't so bad though you could choose which one you wanted.

But i've been getting pop ups on youtube saying that you have to change over, or in 14 days they will do it for you.

here are examples of the current design

http://www.youtube.com/user/RoosterTeeth
http://www.youtube.com/user/RaptorNX01

and the Youtube One Channel design

It's not so much that they are making new designs but forcing it on people. not giving us the option to choose. that's what annoys me.
