Excellent work as always Chilli. :D

Tall-ships are always a great sight to see, aren't they. Did you get the chance to go on board? :D

Nice ship Joolz.
Lovely art, Chilli.

Here's a ship of a different kind. We spent Sunday at Emu Park, it's a relaxed coastal town 40 min from where I live. It's called the Singing Ship monument. The uprights on it have holes in them so it makes a kind of pan pipe noise. Bummer though, because of urban sprawl they've made it a lot quieter than it used to be because people complained about the noise.

It was a beautiful blue sky weekend, a good day out.

One side of it overlooks this rocky cove.

Ooo. I love tall ships. When I was a kid, I'd visit my nan in Gloucester and we would go for a walk to the docks where the old warehouses were. They used to film the Onedin Line there and there were often some tall ships there to look at.

Nice pics SJ - love the singing ship :D

This time......a clock - I got a couple of quartz/battery clock mechanisms from ebay and had a go at this - on a birch ply disc. I varnished the wood this time.

Very good for telling when it's Tree O'clock. If you make a digital version, use counting pine as the wood. ;)
