Looks good Dug. How friendly are the swans there? We have a regular family on the river at Arundel that have gotten so used to humans that they are comfortable docile around them, even when they've got young. Dogs, however, receive very different treatment.

The ones on the boating pond come up to you on the land if you're feeding them, today that one came right to the edge with her Cygnets where I was standing waiting to see if I had anything for them. People behind me with their dogs stopped and put them on the lead, when I moved on the Swans swam out a bit.

Great train pictures Mad! I have to admit, the elephants threw me.

Love the swan photos Dug. They're beautiful. :D

Well that was a busy weekend. Took the camper to the Dene Steam rally. The weather was a bit iffy, but more windy that wet. As well as showing the van in a line up of old cars, I was also helping run the I Wood Love That stall with my sister and her partner Simon. Because of this, I didn't get as many pics as I would have liked, so some of the strange double pics below are taken from the I Wood Love That facebook page.

Jose in the line up on Saturday - there were more cars on Sunday, but I could get any pics - too busy.

Shouldn't this one have a stolen dinosaur on the back?

We did a pyrography display to try and pull the punters in.....so here's me and my bald patch ;)

Not loads, sold a few things but the weather affected the turnout a bit. At least we were in a marque, so relatively dry and warm. A a result of the show I've already had someone ask me to do a commission plaque with a cow on it....Yup a cow  Could be interesting.

Your art is really good Chilli. Have you done or thought about doing a line of vintage car pics? Those steam engines would look good as well. Btw, I like your jacket.

Great pictures Chilli. There's a big annual VW camper event near me in a couple of weeks, have you ever been to Camper Jam?

One of those? Oh I'm sure I have one somewhere..

Thanks everyone.

SJ I have done a few vehicles. I sold a showmans traction engine I had done. I have also recently done a couple of car commissions - a Morris Traveller and a Merc F1 car. The jacket is my favourite hippie jacket! Nice and warm felt lining.

Mad, I have not been to Camper Jam. It was rained off last year. I tend to go to more local day shows. When we camp with the kids we tend to have an awning and more stuff generally, so setting up just for one or two nights is a bit of a pain.
