I very much like the warmth you've added on the second picture. :)

I love all of Penners' (should there be another s after the apostrophe? I'm never sure) pictures. The man has a great talent.

Lovely collection of pictures. Is the last one an HDR?

Penners' is correct - score Bouncy Castle 1, Grammar Police 0. It's the its and it's that tends to confuse me, I have to stop and think every time.

If it's a short version of "it is" then it's "it's" - If it's a possessive such as: "the cat washed "its" whiskers - then it's "its". ;)

My sister's day job is working in education, specifically providing advice and information on the educational inclusion of disabled and other marginalised children in developing countries (she helps run this charity amongst other things - http://www.eenet.org.uk/).

One of the inspirations for her career was the great Nelson Mandela, and so I decided to make this plaque for her office.

Amazing job Chilli! :D

For some reason my spell check sometimes marks "it's" as incorrect even when it's the shortened "it is". Drives me crazy! :|

Thank you Bouncy, the cheque's in the post (with correct use of the apostrophe). ;)

The pic you're referring to Knight isn't HDR, as such, but I did use a "shadows/highlights" adjustment to try and bring some detail to the light and dark areas. The final effect can be similar to HDR which I will be trying next time I'm there (proper HDR and not Photoshop HDR, that is). :D

Sticking to Penfold's name. if in doubt, makes it all much clearer :shifty:
I never met a spellchecker which was good with the finer points of punctuation!
AND ....Chilli......the Mandela plaque is beautiful :D

Sorry Chilli, I forgot to add to my post that your woodburning of Nelson Mandela is absolutely stunning! :D

If I'd taken the exact same picture of Tower Bridge this morning, all you'd have seen was thick fog!
