Here's an image of comet ISON taken by an amateur astronomer in the UK, Damian Peach.

Image

It's currently heading towards the Sun, with a closest approach on 28th November. It should be at its brightest in mid to late December as it comes back around, fingers crossed it puts on a decent show.

I know I haven't been about all year but one of my animations was recently used in a local gallery here in Sheffield
